"The room was nice like the setting of it being an older older. Great decor all around. Staff was awesome. The only issue we had was the air conditioner did not cool off the room very good so the room was warmer than we like."

"We had to book a room here because of a death in the family and desperately needing a room. Had my mom not been post surgery the days we had to be here we would have slept in our cars instead. Disgusting stains all over the room from the bed to the chair to the floor and even the door. Expired and moldy food in their “continental” breakfast. We didn’t have room turn down 3 out of 4 days we were there because they said it was cancelled because they didn’t have the staff. I had to go buy towels because they said they didn’t have more to give us after the ones that were already in our room. I had to take the trash out of our room daily to the hallway trash can and to the gas station nearby. The last day we were there we even got to see their cockroaches in the entrance way if the hotel. Every time I asked for help form a manager or brought an issue up to the staff I was told the manager wasn’t available and they said “sorry I can’t do anything about that”. DO NOT STAY HERE! "

"The staff was great but the room and building needs to be updated. The bathroom had mold on the wall and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The tub looked like it hadn’t been clean forever. The room also didn’t look like it was cleaned. Found dirty and crumbs on the floor. We checked in and change our clothes to go to our concert and then decided to leave that night because we didn’t want to stay in a dirty room. I was very disappointed in the hotel. Especially for it to be a Wyndham property. Every other hotel that I’ve have stayed in was so nice. And to get here and decide to drive 5 hours back home because we didn’t want to stay in a dirty room is very upsetting. "

"Can’t say because we had an Expedia reservation (# 73408121461247 ) and upon check-in La Quinta sold our room to someone else (higher bidder) even though we had a reservation & confirmation number number due to a concert the next night in El Paso, Texas. One couple behind us had even prepaid their room and was told “no room available” I even pre-called several weeks prior and had the person‘s name at the desk, “did not matter” they turned us away, saying there was no room. Literally two minutes after our interaction at the front desk I received an email from Expedia that La Quinta had canceled our reservation. One adult five children under 18 years old in Las Cruces, New Mexico with no room and no ability to get a room elsewhere due to a concert in El Paso, TX. Great job La Quinta way to take care of your customers! Well, now Ex-customer. I would expect Expedia to look into this type of behavior being that we used your platform to get the reservation. "

"The full breakfast every morning was wonderful. The property felt very secure. The staff was courteous and hopeful throughout our entire stay. I would recommend staying at this property. It is only 45 minutes from El Paso right down the freeway."
