"Lobby is fine and has a nice 70’s retro vibe to it but the rooms were terrible, smell and not a $4-500 a night value. Won’t be coming back. "

"Comfortable stay! walkable distance to all major attractions and restaurants. right next to the boardwalk and a beautiful coastal trail. we didn't use our car in Monterey. the staff is polite and extremely helpful. the room was quite spacious and clean with all the basics like coffee machine, fridge, storage. the rooms even had a small balcony. the only drawback was the small pool and jacuzzi which was crowded by kids. they have a huge dining area and two restaurants on property though we didn't try. would recommend. "

"We had another wonderful stay at Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa—this was our second visit, and it continues to deliver. We originally chose it because it’s so dog-friendly, with great grassy areas that make traveling with our pups easy and enjoyable. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the area, especially both Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea. We love that the hotel is just two stories, giving it a more cozy, boutique feel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt easy and relaxing throughout our stay. The free bike rentals were a fun bonus, and having a restaurant on-site added extra convenience. Overall, it’s a great value for the experience—we’ll definitely stay here the next time we come to Moterey to visit!"
