"Hotel staff very nice
Find it strange they didn’t recommend going to the WWII museum until we asked about it.
Balcony could use some repairs, painting, etc.
Beds very comfortable
Pool was closed due to renovation
Could use pool at Monteleone Hotel which was very nice"
"Great location. I paid for parking through the app but if I had to do it again I would just use the garage for half the price. I would definitely stay here again. "
"The hotel was within walking distance of Bourbon and the French Quarters, which made it easily accessible to restaurants, bars, and things to do. The room was relatively small, but cute and nicely decorated. The downfall was the shower’s water pressure in our room, outlets near the bed stopped working and no one was sent to resolve the issue after notifying staff, Google Chromecast didn’t work, and lack of an iron (steamer provided instead)."
