"Double tree is just a fabulous hotel all around. From the valet to the inside desk workers. I tell you. You won’t find a better running outfit than these folks. They know hospitality. Last but not least the bell hops were about the friendliest fellas you would ever want to meet. Also we had an issue with our room when we first got there where the a/c wasent working the best and they handled it right away moving our room quickly and efficiently. The location is amazing as well. You’re literally surrounded by the areas in New Orleans the tourists want to see. Pjs coffee also is over the top good. Don’t waste your $ in cafe du monde because it’s hyped up big time. Now the beignets are amazing."

"The location is great, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Parking was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. We only came into town for the Bruno Mars concert so we left the next morning but I will be coming back to stay in New Orleans and I will stay here."

"The staff was very good. They welcomed me and helped me check in quickly. I paid extra for an early check-in. This made my visit very relaxing from the Start. I also loved the welcome gift packs . The room was clean. It just needed a little matainence. The bathroom mirror was slightly broken and the mirror surface was worn due to earlier cleaning.air condition was fantastic. The Bathroom gets hot when the door is closed."
