Like the location. Staff very helpful. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels in the area. This was our second time staying there and had requested the suite that had a separate bedroom and bath, but got a suite that the bedroom and sink on the bathroom were part of the main suite. Manage was advised when we checked out and next time we know how we need to request what we are wanting.

Really nice studio rooms. I feel like it was over priced. I was also charged an extra $30 room. Im not sure why and couldn't get an explanation from the desk clerk. Overall, we liked the ambience of the hotel when you walk in.

After scoping dozens of reviews for a hotel for the night before my cruise I chose this one. Huge mistake. I drove over 7 hours just to be greeted my a monotone rude front desk guy. All the front parking looked safe and lit up but was taken. The room I was given had a window facing the pool. I simply asked for a room that window faced the parking lot in the back where it was dark and had random people hanging around and walking around since that was where I was going to have to park. He said there were no rooms with 2 beds that face any parking lot. I said fine can you switch us to one bed. He said yeah they are all in the front. It was already 8 pm they were all taken so I said Nevermind. The car ended up being fine the point of this is how rude he was about the entire situation like me even asking was so crazy to him. For 200 a night y'all really did a terrible job with that back parking lot and not having lighting and no windows facing it. As many cars get broken into there this is very disappointing. Also the place looks refurbished and they did a terrible job. The room you can see different color paints bad paint jobs and just very tacky. Also no hotel restaurant. If you like to spend 200 to sleep for a few hours before a trip just to be greeted by a rude person pick this one

Bummer of a trip!
We normally stay at this property and love it, however this time around the toilet in our third floor suite was not working. It was backing up and overflowing. We had to use the bathroom on the first floor with 3 kids (ages 3, 5 & 7) in tow for a day and a half until we checked out. We were told by repairman that the toilet would have to be removed to check why it was backing up. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available for my party. This trip was a bummer.

Everything was very decent, except for the CONSTANT noise. Like someone had a 100lb rock and was practicing their basketball drills. Ridiculous. Probably not an everyday thing. But it happened during MY thing. Overall, not a bad experience.
