Excellent hotel and excellent staff. The hotel staff are very helpful, nice, and professional. Jerry in the Executive Lounge could teach a master class in customer service. He remembered our names the second day we came down for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location. Far enough from the noise, but close to all the action. I would definitely stay here the next time I am in New Orleans.

The location is wonderful. It is convenient to the French Quarter and the streetcar line. The room size was comfortable with nice amenities. I especially enjoyed the coffee service in the morning and the daily planned activities the hotel provided. I would definitely stay here again.

New Orleans is one of my favourite cities in the world. There is something about its history, music, food, hospitality and unmistakable character that keeps drawing me back. The JW Marriott offers a wonderful home base from which to enjoy everything that makes this city so special. The location is hard to beat. You’re just steps from the French Quarter, within comfortable walking distance of the Superdome, and, if you’re so inclined, perfectly positioned for a wonderful wander down Magazine Street. For me, part of the magic of New Orleans is simply walking its streets, discovering neighbourhood gems and soaking up the atmosphere. The JW Marriott makes all of that remarkably easy. The hotel itself delivers the luxury you would expect from the JW Marriott brand. It offers a comfortable, refined retreat from the energy of the city outside. The lounge is a particular highlight, with wonderful breakfast options to start the day and an excellent selection of late-afternoon snacks when you return from exploring. It’s a lovely space to relax, recharge and enjoy a quieter moment. For those wanting to maintain their fitness routine while travelling, the gym is well-equipped and has everything you need for a proper workout. What I appreciate most is the balance. New Orleans is a city meant to be experienced, explored and enjoyed. The JW Marriott allows you to immerse yourself in its wonderful energy.
