We'll Be Back!

We were in town for our annual Bayou Classic family weekend. The location, cleanliness, distance from all of our activities, & price met our expectations. We had a recurring hiccup both nights of stay...we had to wait in excess of 45 minutes to get into our room because the access code would not work and had to keep being reset. Overall, we had a great stay and have already planned to book here again next year. We'll also look into staying here when in NOLA for other upcoming events.

bathroom sink cold water faucet wasn't working. Let the management of building know, but they said we had to let Hosteeva know. Ice machine on 2nd floor wasn't working and ice machine on 8th floor, smelled like urine, and floor was soiled with urine. Not sure if was from pet, or human. Other than that, stay was good. Actual condo was not bad at all.

It's like renting a small condo unit rather than a hotel so felt like I had alot of privacy and could be in or out of the room without worrying about room servicing.

Amazing weekend

This place was a perfect spot for our couples trip. It was close walk to everything. It was clean and super comfortable! The parking lot was right across the street and I could see my vehicle through the window which was awesome! Easy instructions for check in and check out! Will definitely be returning!

Clean and affordable, and 15 min walk from sights

Great experience. The condo was much nicer than a hotel and to our surprise it was also cheaper. Located so close to Bourbon St and other attractions we ended up being able to leave my vehicle in a secure parking garage and walk everywhere. Updated and clean kitchen and bathroom. Went to NO for the National WW2 Musuem, which was only a 8 min drive. I personally dont care to much for the city, but the condo made it a wonderful stay. Definetly would stay here again.

Expect hot showers. Hot as in scalding

The condo was nice. A couple of blocks from the trolly and close to stores. We originally had a 2 bedroom with and extra bed but that was canceled on us because of "maintenance" so we were placed in a 2 bedroom condo with couch serving as 3rd bed. The couch/bed was not good. Very uncomfortable for the poor souls forced to sleep on it. Overall the condo was nice and roomy but several issues. Cleaning was not all that good, simple utensils like can opener were damaged and could not be used. The biggest issue besides the couch were the showers. The showers and two temperatures cold and scalding. You could not adjust the shower temp without having water tricke out the shower heads. Use full pressure and expect your fesh to melt. So we took quick submarine showers. Turn water on to get wet, shut them off, soap up, the quickly rinse off before your skin blistered. Thankfully 3 of us were on submarines and we knew the drill. The wives suffered much more.

Dislikes: -My husband had the worse allergic reaction to the bed sheets. Don’t know what chemicals y’all are using but we have stayed many places and have never had that problem. -The noise from the construction that started at 3AM EVERY MORNING. -The fact there’s only ONE mirror in the entire unit. -The DISGUSTING throw up stain on the bed and smears of an unknown substances all over the walls. -How filthy the couch was, crumbs and feathers all over. -No door=water everywhere. There are NO shelves in the shower? How disgusting we have to put our soaps on the floor of the shower when the shower floor doesn’t look clean with the mold growing. -Only provided one roll of toilet paper. - The water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator doesn’t work. -The entrance door to get into the building, the one you need a code for, that door was broken for a few days so anyone could get in the building. -And to top it all off, the morning of checkout( checkout is at 10am I had an email with checkout instructions) at 9:14AM a woman from house keeping starts knocking on the door saying housekeeping over and over and doesn’t even give me 30 seconds to get to the door before she starts putting the door code in to get in! Didn’t have one interaction from employment the entire week we were there but they want to enter our unit while we are taking showers and getting dressed the morning of checkout? Yeah that was really unprofessional for her to do that. Likes: -The unit had a kitchen

This was at the top lakeside.of the quarter. If you know what that neighborhood is, it is not a problem. It was convenient to everything we wished to go do. There is a Rousses grocery store in a 10 minute walk.
