Great staff everywhere. Bar, Front desk, lobby, just about everywhere you went there was great people. Unfortunately first room had an issue, but quickly addressed by switching rooms.

The property was decent, but not worth what I paid for 3 days & 4 nights. My wife & I stayed in an Executive Suite & it was basic. The shower leaked halfway across the bathroom, we had to keep towels down. The shower had extra shower heads for a variety of spray angles, but unknowingly one of the shower knobs was broken. My wife cut her finger on it. So, it was a nice feature, but we couldn't use it. The high spirits & friendliness of the staff is what made the stay more durable. Besides, my wife & I spent more time outside of the hotel than inside of it. I guess I was expecting more for the $300-$400 a night stay.

This was our second stay at the Omni Riverfront, we chose it because of the access ability to public transportation. Property is nice, could use updating but it's clean and comfortable. Staff was great! Would stay again when back in NOLA.

I spent one night at the Omni and I was satisfied. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and up-to-date in decor. I felt like I could easily walk to and from the hotel as needed for dinner and entertainment. My only gripe is that one of the garbage cans was filled to overflowing with trash, but I assume it was simply overlooked by mistake. I plan to come back someday!

We were unlucky enough to have stayed there during a several day period that the entire Omni system was down due to system hacking of some kind...ransomware or spyware or malware l. We were inconvenienced a little because we couldn't get key cards made for our rooms, however every customer had to be escorted to their rooms and the door unlocked by one of the employee every time we wanted in. Each and every one of them that we dealt with were pleasant, upbeat they weren't in a bad mood like so many in other hotels on a regular basis. The the whole hotel handled it very professionally. One negative was that their rooms did not have USB ports, or very many ac outlets.

I was so impressed when the concierge began texting me about travel choices. I was even more amazed when they responded to me when I texted back. It was very handy to have quick answers to all my questions. The room and bed was very comfortable and that staff were very nice and efficient.

The first day there the shower water was cold but when I contacted the front office they sent their engineer right away to fix it and the remainder of the stay we had hot showers. The staff were GREAT at the front desk and the bar. The hotel looks older than we expected but overall it was a REALLY GOOD experience and I would stay there again and recommend to others. We walked EVERYWHERE we wanted to go so the location was PERFECT!

I was in NO for a convention, and the location of the Omni was perfect. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the staff were all very kind and friendly, and I felt like I was within a reasonable walking/riding distance from some of the places I wanted to see.

The staff is outstanding! Everyone there makes you feel like a queen or king for a day or as long as your stay. The facility is very clean, security is very tight. The dislike is the cost of valet parking ($48.50) per day. I frequent this establishment several times throughout the years and it appears that the cost of parking is constantly going up. Other than that, this is my place to stay when visiting the "Crescent City."

This was our second stay at this hotel. It was a very nice and comfortable experience. Staff was friendly and professional. Fulton's in the hotel is a good restuarant. The only drawback is there aren't many shops or places to eat in the immediate area. In the next block is a restaurant called Grand Isle which is mediocre. On the next street over was Mulatte's but that wasn't open for lunch. I suppose it is a great location if you are attending a conference at the Riverfront Convention Center. The World War II museum is just a short walk away. Even if you aren't a history buff, I highly recommend this museum.
