Loved the aesthetics. Only complaint is the 2nd bedroom bed is super squeaky. Otherwise I loved EVERYTHING about it

The property was just like the pictures. But my central air didn't work . Had to call customer service # she said someone would call me back they came the next day to look at a /c unit. Didn't help it kept going out. Other than that the Condo was Great!! 👍 Will come back again!!

NOLA Getaway for Enagic Business

Parking is a bit suspect but once inside the gate, this is a great property. We visited during an extreme cold spell. All of the heat vents are 12+ feet overhead & there are no ceiling fans. It was COLD at floor level. This won't be a problem in the Summer because colder air is heavier and will fall to floor level. The unit we stayed in did not have blinds on all windows which was a bit unnerving. The area is secure and clean.

The property needs to be more welcoming. The amenities need some repairs i.e. sink faucet in the master bedroom, the shower head needs to be cleaned and there should never be an empty or half-used bottle of nothing. The iron is burnt and needs to be tossed out or cleaned. The pillows need a little stitching as they are ripped. TV did work as described but we made due. This could be a very very nice rental. I have already sent out referrals.

toiletries hit and miss. no toilet paper in downstairs bath - had to find and take from upstairs back. no shower soap but plenty of skin lotion in shower. no shampoo in one shower. kitchen items not out away - were in dishwasher. sloppy housekeeping. otherwise place was nice and kept up well.

Everything in the home was nice. The only thing that could have been better is if televisions were in each bedroom. Only 1 of the 3 bedrooms had a television and there was 1 television in the living room. I also didn’t like that there weren’t any clear check out procedures. No one responded to any of my texts before 10a to answer my questions about the check out procedure and I didn’t get a final receipt. To me this just leaves so many loopholes in the customer’s experience. Also check in is at 4p but check out us at 10a, that’s not a full stay. I think the check-in or check out hours should be adjusted.

They lied n made promises they never intended to keep n knew they were wrong so afyer i checked out he lied to hostevia and said that i broke a bed. Wonderful Stay!!!

The stay was great!! Family Trip!! We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was a plus, due to driving 11 hours to get her. Everything was nice and clean. The location was great!! But the one remote works for living room and master bedroom, so we had to share the one, plus it was missing a back to the batteries. But all and all a wonderful stay! We’ll return again!

Loved the design, Netflix was awesome. I really wish that couch was coming with me lol it was very relaxing. Loved the gated property, it was like a small village feel of sorts. Very clean, very well kept, five 🌟. Considering coming back in the future.

NOLA birthdays

Family was in NOLA to celebrate a few birthdays. These were terrific accommodations for the size of traveling party. Location was perfect for accessing all locations in town. Place was clean and well stocked with everyday supplies. Issues in previous posts seemed to be addressed, at least in my unit. Will definitely stay again if a larger party and more than 3 nights.

Comfortable and well equipped

I thought this was a great spot, the condo was clean and loved the washer drier in unit. There was a small pool and a courtyard that were appealing but we didn’t get to use. I have no complaints!

Overall the house wasn't welcoming. The walls were bare. There could have been local artist artwork up. There wasn't enough comfortable seating. The house rules were alittle extreme. The kitchen wasn't stocked well enough to cooked in. The hot water heater couldn't keep up with only 4 people showering back to back.

I was not given the code to enter the property up confirmation email but only after I called!!! The property overall was really nice and a great location my only issue was the original booking I made was for a bigger unit and the unit that was given to me I was not really pleased with! I wasn’t happy with it but I made the best of it and ended up still having a great time I just would like for Hosteeva going forward to have clear breakdowns of their prices with no hidden fees and to try accommodate what their guest actually book

Quaint cottage gettaway

Great for a getaway inside the city. Except for the washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee pot being broken and not working, everything else was great.
