My family enjoyed the hotel stay. The Staff customer service was excellent. The hotels had areas inside and the parking lot that were undergoing remodel, when the remodeling is completing, it will have a higher impact score for excellent for hotel.

The property was really nice, clean, felt safe, and had a free parking garage with plenty of spots. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional. We could not ask for a more pleasant stay.

I love how there was access to rideshare all hours of the day and night and I like how they maids came every morning to clean. The shower was nice and the beds were comfortable and relaxing. The only negative was there wasn't enough lightings in the room and bathroom. The lights are too dim.

Well furnished with upscale furniture and flooring. The whole property was clean, and the staff were courteous. It was a welcoming experience.

Stayed here for one night. The room wasn’t clean upon checking in. Once we got into the room there was blood on the bed sheets and it took a while to get the bed changed.

The property is a bit dated and some of the common areas could be cleaner but overall given the age of the property a good effort. I would stay here again. Can’t remember exactly how much I paid but seems like the price point is correct.

Came in for 1 night. Half the hotel was completely refurbished. Floor we were on was not, and everything was old and broken except bed. No working phone, no refrigerator (they were all piled up outside in parking garage and could not get one in room), no microwave. Could get a much nicer room for the price other places.

Very unsafe! Ventilation poor. 2 fire alarms in less than one hour. Stairwells blocked, rat poison exposed in stairwells, dirty! Exterior doors propped open, doors to floors blocked open, BEFORE and after fire alarms. Rooms stuck! Smelt like someone died and huge spots dark on floor about 20”x 20”! It set off my asthma! Had to move! Never will stay here again and will let everyone know if the horrible place to stay
