Check in at 5 o'clock was not as smooth as it should've been. However, the checking out was perfect and Brian did a great job helping you with everything! I found the valet parking pricey, but it was well worth it in the end! Everybody that worked in valet was wonderful! I guess what I didn't care for was that you paid instead of like a resort fee you got an allowance for food and drinks. So you were paying upfront for their food and drink, even though you were going to eat and drink elsewhere I didn't like that part of it! All in all would I stay there again absolutely is it a great experience the things that I didn't like really minor in the scheme of things!

My stay was amazing, front desk staff were awesome, helpful and funny. The older concierge gentleman with the eye patch, seemed very annoyed when asked for transportation clarification on the streetcar. Only issues with the room, wifi didn’t work, they didn’t have a regular iron, we have no clue of the mirror because the bedroom door hides it. Also, the bathroom is a bit tiny.

This hotel was centrally located by all of the main New Orleans attractions. It was very walkable and close to restaurants, the convention center, the Caesar Stadium, and the outlet mall. The staff was amazing and very attentive and responsive to our needs. The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel was the fact that the rooms do not have a lot of natural lighting, so the room felt dark all day.

This is such a nice hotel and centrally located on magazine street where if you’re into night life, there are choices near. I stayed for 4 days for a college drop off and it was a quick. 10-13 min drive depending on traffic It’s hard to find parking so valet or pay to park are other options can can be around $50/ night depending on what’s going on in the city. The air conditioning system in our room was a bit noisy coming on and going off, but the comfort, optics, design, customer service …. 10/10. If you’re on the fence, it’s a yes!
