This was the most luxurious stay ever! We were upgraded to a suite and it was a pleasant surprise! The beds turned down, breakfast in the room, and the absolute best bath soap ever were all excellent. The pillows and mattresses are to die for. The location was perfect and service top notch. Amazing location with festive fresh foliage (Christmas trees and flower arrangements). Customer service on main floors were good. The spa was relaxing with 3 separate waiting rooms (women only, men only, and couples) with fresh snacks, teas, and water. The locker rooms decorated in soothing colors had wet and dry saunas with clean well maintained lockers, showers, changing rooms, and restrooms. Make time to take in an afternoon tea in the lobby and/or drink in the bar. Traditional decor matching what we saw when in England at Windsor Castle.
