The staff was very nice. We checked in around 1 AM so we were all tired and the clerk was pulling a double shift. He was very professional and helpful. The room was perfect for 5 adults. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is nice and set away from other hotels. Rate was good and the front desk clerk helped us check-in fast. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

We appreciated its closeness to the airport, parking and the cleanliness of the room. It was disappointing that our room was not ready after arriving an hour and a half after check-in and the person on duty, was very matter of fact and presented with agitation. The bathroom could also use a big overhaul and updates.

The staff were very polite and professional. Check in was delayed by about 10 or so minutes because the housekeepers were running a little behind, but there was seating in the lobby and tv so it was fine. The rooms were very impressive for the price, however the room smelled stale. Not dirty, not stinky, just kind of stale. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. NO SIGNS OF BED BUGS! So that’s a plus

Upon check-in the tv was so loud in the small lobby and one staff member was talking with another staff member so LOUDLY I could not even hear the lady behind the check-in counter. The a/c worked yet had a VERY musty smell. The window around the a/c was rotted and moldy. We were on the fourth floor, yet there was a a handicapped seat in the bathtub (folded up against the wall). The rim on chair was all rusty. The caulking in the shower had black mold.The carpets throughout the peoprty were very dingy and old. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. This place was a dump and marriot should be ashemd to have this hotel under their name. I was not expecting a fancy Marriot, but I was expecting standards.

We came down for a birthday and the two bedroom suite was perfect. I was thrown off by the “sofa bed” but it worked out fine. The staff were Amazing Ms.Sherrie at the front desk 3-11 shift and Ms.Yosheka for breakfast were a 10/10! They were friendly and made the stay feel so welcoming. The housekeeping refreshed our room and made sure we had clean towels. I can’t say enough about this property it was truly amazing I enjoyed it.
