"Upon arrival, the check-in process was very easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere of the hotel was very calming and serene. The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were very clean, but the only problem was that they did not have an extra amount of sheets for the rooms. The check-out process was fairly easy as well. The parking and parking lot area was nice as well."

"The room we stayed in was terrible. The heating and air unit was leaking and the whole carpet was wet. All our bags and belongins got wet. the bathroom wall had mold on it, and the tub had a leak as well. We were under water and mold the whole stay. I called the front desk to let them know as soon as we checked in and saw the condition of the room and the front desk clerk told me they didn't have any available rooms at that time but will get us in another room the next day but that never happend."

"Liked the location to where we needed to travel back and forth to eating places and graduation ceremony. I googled my review, and and now here on Cheap Tickets to say, I was disappointed in the only thing they provide in the morning is coffee - yuk! non-working irons. My son’s bathroom (toilet) in another room clogged. Louisiana weather was very warm (80’s) and the a/c units was creating a lot of dust thru the unit. Sneezed a lot!! As you enter the hotel, whatever cleaner they use smells like heavy cologne!! All through out, elevators, and hallways."

"🌙 We stayed at the Audubon Inn for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and the bathroom was stocked well with plenty of towels, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. When we arrived, there was a strong musty, mold-like smell in the room that never really went away. The room was also very hot, and the air conditioner appeared extremely old and was unable to cool the room down properly during our stay. There were also maintenance problems. The toilet chain broke from the handle, and I had to manually fix it myself in order to flush the toilet. The mini fridge also did not keep our items very cold. Overall, while the staff was kind and accommodating, the condition of the room made the stay uncomfortable."
