"It was a nice hotel but had issues with the in-room smoke detector going off. Went to call front desk and the cord to room phone was broken. Called on my cell and front desk person told me to take battery out of it. That worked and I understand that this happens but still made first night uncomfortable. Had a three night stay but key was only programmed for 1 night. So after a long day and walking to end of hall where my room was located I had to return to front desk to get keys reprogrammed. Even with all of this I would stay here again. "
"The staff were incredibly helpful and professional which we really appreciated. The price was great overall for our stay, so we’d rate the overall stay as a 3/5 stars only because the room wasn’t the most maintained and the other person I came with said the room consistently felt “wet” or almost humid, but we turned the AC down so it was fine. There are some spots we noticed that were off like a spot on the wall next to the bed, and two of the pillows. The parking had a bunch of availability, however a little bumpy on the road on the way in. We loved the local wildlife!"
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Baton Rouge Airport
10/10 Excellent
"The breakfast was fair. Bagels, Yogurt, Waffles etc.
The hotel was clean and hallways smelled good. Room service always brought clean wash cloths and towels when requested. Staff was sweet, nice and approachable. "
"The lobby is promising, but the floors and rooms were dated and covered up by decor. There was garbage in the hallways and the facilities were not up to par. We were desperate for sleep and slept in our personal blankets on top of the beds. "
"We travel often as my daughter is in competitive dance, so having a nice room for the weekend is a must. For the price, this hotel was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. From the time we walked in to the morning that we left, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The hotel and room was very clean, the a/c worked wonderfully which is a must for us. The parking was great! I give this hotel 5 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ "
"No amenities that I could find. I was actually nervous to stay there.
Toilet would not flush.
A/C did not work correctly.
The room did not feel clean.
