Staff did not seem to care just got told we will inform the manager. I am not big on reviews but it was upsetting that staff did not care and seemed this was very common issue. "

Upon arriving at the property, the owner (who was insanely rude right off the bat) tried to extort us for more money and refused to give us the room unless we paid or even our money back. We were effectively left stranded after travelling for 32 hours. Then, when we wouldn’t back down, the owner urged us to call Fabhotel ourselves because they weren’t answering his calls either.
