"Excellent customer service. We were having vehicle troubles and they accommodated a late check out for us. The hot tub was nice and hot and worked amazingly, which I have not experienced in a hotel for a very long time (usually hotel hot tubs are not working, cold, or weak jets). This was a wonderful hot tub and much needed after our stressful day. Very happy. Would definitely recommend and would stay again for sure! "
