"Condo was very nice, very well appointed, very clean. But holy cow, so many rules! They hand you a packet of rules when you check in. None of which were a problem for us, but it was odd. I guess rules are there because of past problems, but whatever. 2 things to note: There is a laundry room with washers/dryers but they only take quarters; there's no change machine. Who carries around $5 in quarters?? Also, the property is right on the beach, yet there are no beach towels provided. So you have to bring a shower towel to the beach, which is also weird. Views are incredible, we had a really great stay."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. Condo unit was beautiful, top of the line.oomy. Spacious balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome. Definitely recommend and will return."

"We LOVED our stay here. The night before we checked into a VRBO that hadn’t been cleaned, needed an emergency hotel that night, but then that hotel had a faulty AC that kept us up all night. So our next night we desperately needed a good place to stay, and the Black Dolphin was perfect. Never had a better rest. We arrived at checkin and our room wasn’t quite ready, but they treated us to a glass of champagne and a great hang at the bar until the room was ready and we had a perfect stay from then on. The hospitality at Black Dolphin is second to none, the rooms and the views are gorgeous, and we will absolutely be back!"

"Great quiet place across the street from the beach. Close to everything NSB has to offer. 2 excellent restaurants < 1/2 mile away. Like a mini suite / apartment. Very clean inside and outside. Nice quiet pool at a good temperature, meaning not too warm."

"Very conveniently located at the top of the Flagler Blvd. historic district. Beautiful building, well maintained, and the nicest people are working there. Also, the free breakfast at the Mermaid Cafe was excellent! Their restaurant, the Grille at Riverview has a great views and good food."
