"This is an excellent hotel on the edge of Leipzig city centre and Old Town and within a 10 minute walk of the shops and main attractions. The staff at Reception were most welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was particularly good and great value for money. Hotel Dorint would be an excellent choice for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Leipzig."

The hotel is being renovated right now, and hopefully those renovations will lead to improvements. Our main criticism was the shower, as there were no handles to grab on to, and the "slip factor' is great. As it stands, the shower is unsafe. We alerted the contractor about this and I think they are working on improving the showers. Other than that, this hotel is fine for what it is. "
