A weekend that a big event was going on at the casino so we decided to stay at Teddy’s. We went to the event at the casino and returned to Teddy’s at 8:45 PM to eat at the lounge and they refused us service saying they had ran out of food. It seemed that they were understaffed and just couldn’t handle the number of guests that were there. Either way it is absolutely bad management.

Staff not helpful or friendly. Restaurant out of several items on the menu. Had issues with my tv the entire time I was there and nobody from the staff ever came to fix. There was not even a staff member at the front desk to check out. Spend the money to drive to another town and hotel.

Not so good. The hotel was fairly good. The room had a few minor issues. The toilet hanger was busted, the towel rack was loose and fell apart. The flooring in the kitchen area was separating and heaving. The bar closed at 10 pm on a Saturday night. We reserved the hotel because they had a bar! And we thought the food was overpriced especially for the amount we got. We ordered the nachos. Very little meat and sauce.

Hotel was nice, restaurant was not great

The hotel and room were both really nice but the room could have been cleaned a little better. There were fake eyelashes in the shower and on the floors. Restaurant was understaffed. The food was mediocre at best. We got the prime rib, ordered medium rare came out well done. Mashed potatoes were a mashed up baked potato with instant brown gravy. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi. It was very watery and did not taste good at all.

We stay there because of the ability to cook meals. The room had no silverware, the few plates that were available were filthy. The floors were not clean and we had to ask for toilet paper the first day-we only had a small bit on the roll when we checked in
