"The rooms have clearly been updated recently, and the room I got was in excellent condition. It was clean, quiet, with an extra comfortable bed, and great amenities. I stayed for three nights and enjoyed every evening. Parking was great and having a view of the water was lovely as well. This was a great location as; less than a 5-minute drive from a conference I was attending and 5-10 minutes from lots of restaurants and shops in downtown Sydney."

"The view from our room was amazing and could see the largest Fiddle ever. The beds were very comfortable. However, the shower head provided little function and needed to be replaced or increase water pressure. The breakfast was very good and our server, Carol was friendly and efficient. It is best to park by the front door and not the two lower parking lots as getting your luggage in can be troublesome. Friendly front deck. We enjoyed our stay as right out the front door you can walk to several nice restaurants, shops and boardwalk."

"This place is run by a couple. They live on site. Lonnie, her husband and the 6 puppies they live with. The site is directly on the ocean. Clean and well maintained. Convenient to the Cabot Trail. Great accommodations!"
