Excellent one-week stay. Quiet, dark at night, bright interior lights, excellent location and attentive staff. I would recommend a few minor improvements to the room (a multibed two-room apartment)--e.g., a bit more countertop in the bathroom to put toiletries; handles on kitchen cabinetry to make it easier to open and close drawers and cupboards; eco-toiletries in shower instead of little plastic bottles. Apart from that, everything worked really well and we had a great stay. Towels, linens, etc., all in excellent condition and the kitchen was squeaky clean and modern.

We made the reservation in the morning for the same day for 2 nights. Check in is after 16:00 and you can leave your luggage before. Our reservation was for an apartment with 1 king bed, sofa bed and kitchenette and they gave us a free upgrade to a penthouse suite located on the top floor. The apartment is very large with a renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is a bit outdated and the chairs in the living room need to be changed as well as the central doors. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. Just steps from times square and most attractions without the annoying noise of the city. It is ideal for families with children as you will not find apartments of this size at a better price.

Was a great stay and the location is great. Ridiculous though that you can't leave your bag at checkout. I had a bus only at 5pm out of NY. I was told that I could only leave my bag if I had another booking, if I had another booking I would need to leave my bag.

We arrived really early from our flight at around 10am we knew that our room was not going to be available until we have the check-in at 4pm but the concierge, let us know that we can check in our bags and come back at check in time. Front desk personnel was amazing. They directed us to the nearest attractions, which is the Rockefeller 2 blocks on the right side and on the left side 2 blocks Times Square. When we came back for check-in, we received an upgrade from our room. We had originally gotten a two double bed room and we got upgraded to a king size bed on the 12th floor. Our room was amazing, it had a small kitchenette, dining table, living room w/ tv, a big walk-in shower bathroom and a big bedroom with a supper comfy king size bed and a tv. Our overall stay was of three nights and we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Great location, steps away from Times Square, theatre district and subway. Loved that it had a kitchenette in the room which made it easy to get takeout and eat it back at hotel. We bought our own soft drinks to store in fridge to save money. Rooms are dated but very clean. Mattress was very firm. But this place is really a hidden gem. Will stay here again.

This was my second stay here and I will keep returning mainly due to its location. It is perfectly located to subways, buses, shopping, and dining making our trip easy and fun. We appreciate having the little kitchen in our room during our stay as well.

The property was central to everything that we were interested in......theater, Time Square just to name a few. We had subway access to main attractions. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. When we had a small issue with TV cable we received great communication and response. When we asked for assistance on transportation they explained subway options and arranged for transportation to the airport. We would stay there again for sure.

The location is perfect, both for walking to interesting places and for access to transportation. The apartment was small (it's NYC!) but had everything we needed. The front-desk guys are efficient but not particularly welcoming. You must understand that the building is at the center of 'the city that never sleeps'. So, each night, even on the 11th floor with double-glazed windows, we heard car horns (very expressive), emergency service sirens, semi truck horns that sounded like foghorns, deliveries being unloaded, workers repairing the road with jack-hammers at 3:30AM (I hope it was an emergency!). Nevertheless, we had great time.

Radio City apartments are very convenient in midtown Manhattan. Staff is friendly nd the place is clean. Would be great for longer stays due to some rooms having efficiencies. Reasonable value for what you get.

It is perfect for longer stays or when you are traveling with a family of 5 like we do. We got a 2 bedroom and it was great because our 2 girls had one bedroom and our son had the pullout in the living area and we had the other bedroom. Wish there were 2 bathrooms but it is not a deal breaker. It is clean and not super fancy. There is a kitchenette which is great with the kids. We would stay there again. It is also located near times square but we easily walked to central park and even down to the high line.

The night we checked in one of our two rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved to another room but the attendant at the front desk said they had no available rooms. He said he could move us in the morning. So we opened all the windows and piled on extra blankets. Not the experience we expected for what we paid for those rooms.

Awesome to be have attractions like Time Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Plaza within walking distance. Great to have kitchen. Sounds of NY are very noticeable.

This is obviously a very prestigious establishment with a long and interesting history. The design is very impressive and the property is kept in immaculate condition. However, there was a disappointing lack of the human approach from reception staff, no word of welcome, no "I hope you enjoy your stay". Instead, a request (with no apology or explanation) to authorise a deposit of £250. I don't have a problem with paying a deposit but there was no "I'm sure everything will be fine and we will return this to you at the end of your stay". Similarly, no welcoming literature--not even a sign--in the room itself, and no information about services available. Disappointing for such a well-established property.

Can’t get a better location! Stayed here a few times now and walkable to everything! Facilities are good, it’s an older building so that’s what you get. Our room was fine but it was right outside over 49th so it was bright and noisy! The window A/C unit allows sound to penetrate the room and it definitely did that. Used a white noise machine and it was more bearable. All staff were exemplary and the complimentary umbrellas certainly came in handy! Will definitely stay here again!! Thanks!
