First, this is not a hotel. There is no one to check you in, and personnel at the building front desk just told me an email with a password to get in was supposed to be sent in advance, and it took a few attempts to get it resolved. That also means no one is on-site to help you, and all requests for help need to be sent via text message. The flat is right next to an outdoor furnace with constant noise. When I complained, they said it would cost a lot more to change to another unit. The bathroom shower handle was broken and nearly impossible to adjust water temperature. Room is not cleaned, towels are not replaced. And they charge for room cleaning as you leave. Terrible experience!
