Check-in in not smooth in the slightest, especially when coming from another country. Street level apartment has terrifying thin walls - there should be some mind of warning.

We had a great stay. We arrived earlier than our check in time and were able to leave our suitcase at the front desk. Someone there delivered the luggage to our room leaving us able to go and explore the city right away. Any staff that we encountered were very nice and helpful when we needed help. The rooftop terrace was such a nice place to unwind after a day of walking around the city. The room was spotless. We would happily stay there again.

Decent hostel-like quality kind of hotel room. I would NOT recommend staying here for more than a day, as this is a budget hotel with minimal comfort and quality. Hotel does not have a receptionist nor does the hotel have luggage storage which is quite inconvenient for any traveler. Again if you go in with knowing this is a one day hotel stay you should be fine but any more days, I personally find this place not worth it at all.

I think they may have cut the air off at night. I support energy conservation efforts, but it would've been nice to know when we could expect to lose a/c. My partner runs hot at night and I woke up soaked in his sweat 2 nights in a row. Other than that, it was ideal. I would definitely stay at The Ridge again.
