Got charged 200$ for the bar that we did not use. Called to dispute, request forwarded to "accounting" and have not heard anything. Toiletries were not refilled, complimentary water was refilled on the first couple nights only of our 5 night stay. Overall, average. Definitely on the low end of "Five" star hotels I have stayed at.

I love the perfume was used all inside the lobby and entrance. Breakfast area was fantastic. Highly recommend. Very clean, friendly, helpful and very polite people.

When we checked into the room their were contact lenses on the floor and also when we requested cleaning they did not put new sheets just put everything back in place to make it look like they did

There was mandatory daily Destination Fee of $40.17 USD ($35 Destination Fee $3.11 State Tax $2.06 City Tax). I had to paid extra $160.68 because I stayed for 4 days. The washroom and toilet doesn't have a lock, and have a CURTAIN separating it from the bedroom. I'm honestly confused why this place is a 5 stars hotel.

Nice view of Time Square, about a block away from the Minskoff Theater where "The Lion King" was playing, every sort of restaurant known to man was in walking distance. Three different MTA subway stations were also in walking distance to the hotel. It is in the perfect location.

Had a blast thanks to the entire Team!! I would definitely stay here they were beyond accommodating. Car service, early check in, I left my charger and O’Meil was kind of enough to let me borrow a USB cord for my visit *I made sure to return before checking out*. Also, sent over a chocolate mousse cake for my Bday. I can go on and on you get the jist of my visit by now I’m sure. Can’t wait to come back!!! Thanks again from Las Vegas!!!
