"The property itself was lovely and very well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere, which made my stay enjoyable overall. The staff were also professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, my rest was interrupted by children running up and down the hallway and repeatedly banging on my room door. It was disruptive enough that I had to call the front desk to address the situation. While the issue was eventually handled, it did take away from an otherwise peaceful experience. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and comfort, but I do hope management takes additional steps to ensure a quieter environment for guests in the future."

"This is not a "smoke free" property. Your clothes will stink like the drugs from other guests. Despite the signage claiming the property is smoke free, the staff does not take this problem seriously. For the past week, they let the guy below me smoke weed all night. It's so bad it wakes me up. I've even seen housekeeping on his floor while the hallway reeked of his smoke, and they didn't do anything! I called the front desk twice about him hot boxing my bathroom and they don't care. Beware if you have asthma or children or simply want a smoke-free accommodation. Don't worry, the smoke alarms work and be ready for them to go off at 3 am because this is the hour smokers think they're being really sneaky! Housekeeping does not deeply clean after smokers either. They just spray a ton of fragrance. They treat common areas like stairwells this way too so most of the hotel smells really bad. "

"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."
