My stay was not good the nite manager was great very friendly and when I called about a problem with the tv he was right there. The bathroom was half and half the tub was filthy around the toilet was dirty wallpaper coming off the wall sink clean the bed was so so it felt like something was stuck to floor when i walk the heat would come up and after awhile the ac comes on the smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling look like it about to fall the worse was that old hotel smell that kept me up most of the night i used hand sanitizer to cut the smell it was convenient but i won't go back
This hotel was by far the most disgusting place I've ever seen! There were wall outlets hanging out of burned walls, bed coverings with blood stains, cigarette burn holes in the mattress & a bathroom dirtier than any roadside bathroom I've ever seen! The entire building smelled of mildew & urine! It took me 8 minutes to check in, find my room, complain to "management" & check out! "Management" did not flinch much less make any apology when I told him "This place is disgusting! You need to be shut tf down!" I drove 5 hours to reach this hotel & prepaid $90 a night only to find conditions IMPOSSIBLE to stay more than 5 minutes in much less even consider sleeping in!
There were “Breaking Bad” extras in the lobby, doors to rooms were open and unlocked . Curtains torn and hanging shredded visible from parking liot. When I said I would not stay there, the “concierge said, “That’s probably a good idea.” This place should be shut down and the ground salted
It was very bad experience, I am even surprised Expedia offer that hotel on their site , no one should stay in this filthy and dirty hotel , smell was so bad and they never clean the room
First off, there was a broken down automobile right at the entrance of the Hotel, there was also a boarded up window that looked to be shattered. The carpeting was looked to have been twenty years old, a bit old and worn and smelly. The furniture was old and tattered. Overall impression, the place lacked the proper management and maintenance that's necessary for a clean and thriving hotel. It could really do better, it just seems that no one really cares to go the extra mile anymore. I see this trend in attitude a lot with these smaller hotels that are newly acquired by what appears to be novices in the arena of hotel accommodation.
On the pictures on site go one thing .. was the color of the hotel right. I should have never checked in but with a storm coming that weekend i didnt find anything else. The people upon check in was nice thats it . Rooms are old and dirty burned carpets and molded disgusting showers .. i used the sink and wash rag didnt want to go to the front desk apparently undisersables live there.. i would always say you get what you pay for but at 70ish dollars i got ripped off .. totally disgusting
I ended up not staying at the hotel, the attendant was rude and didn't speak English well, just shouted in Indian, and the hotel was very ugly and looked dirty.
When I got there, it took several minutes for the person to come to the desk even though he saw me standing there.
When I said I had a reservation, he told me he couldn't find it. I asked how much the room would be and it was higher than what I booked it for. I decided to leave and not stay there.
Run down not very clean or sanitary, the phone and desk personnel at check-in we're great but the place just need some deep cleaning the bath towels and washcloths felt more like canvas bed frames not solid just old worn-out
