Overall a good hotel. Please note that the 'Garden' rooms are in the farthest corner of the hotel and the garden views are not like the pictures. Not well-lit and feel secluded. Its not easy to find the rooms in Garden area if you are going from the front desk through the building. There are other door to enter from outside. Despite a Hilton Honors member, they charged an upgrade fee when I asked for a room towards the front, even though half of the rooms were not occupied. Two out of three front desk staff that I interacted were not friendly and didn't even bother to smile when a customer walked up to them. Breakfast was good with many different options and a live counter. Cost $25/person. Has plenty of parking including 4 EV chargers.

Rooms were average and the room I originally booked I couldn’t get due to them “overbooking” the garden rooms so instead I was put near the pool which was loud til 10pm when the pool closed. Conveniently my room was near stairs n the outside parking only plus. Hopefully next time I’m in town the staff is alittle more welcoming.

When I arrived my heater was working in my room and staff sent help immediately. When he realized it would take more time to repair, I was relocated after making sure the heater was working in the new room. However, this room did not have the view I paid for and they were able to relocated me for the 2nd time, assisted with my luggage and made sure heater was working. The staff was excellent! Super accommodating and truly went above and behind for me to have a good stay!

It was good overall. The balcony had cigarette butts in it and everytime I came out there was another one I didn’t see at first. I think the neighbor was throwing them over. But other than that it was good.

Front desk staff Ray was really good. Restaurant staff really nice, food terrible. Cocktail price ridiculous. Bathroom not clean enough. Toilet had spatters on it and base of toilet dirty. Floor in bathroom not clean. Bed and linens really nice. Very spacious room, good decor.
