Kathy greeted me with a genuine smile, made check-in quick and smooth, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area, and her friendly and patient attitude made me feel truly welcomed. "Room was incredibly clean. Hotel in general was spotless and seemed very well managed. Staff was friendly and I was happy to get a Hilton cookie and water. The hotel is actually attached to Penn Station so you don’t have to walk outside to get there. There is a parking garage attached as well but with covered sidewalk access. It seemed pretty full so it might not always be available. Overall, I highly recommend! "
