"This was a great place to stay in between travel. There aren’t many places to eat within walking distance, but the hotel offers some quick food options (a bit pricey, as expected). My son ordered DoorDash, which worked out well. The breakfast was adequate and convenient before heading out. The airport shuttle was very helpful, and our driver was knowledgeable about where to drop off passengers for each airline, which made things easy. The room was well configured for our family, with a separate washing area that had its own door, which we really appreciated. Everything was very clean and comfortable."

"The hotel was very clean and the people that worked there were very nice. Problem is, the day after I left I saw a large charge on my credit card. I had no idea what it was for. I got no info/email from the hotel on why I was being charged extra. So I called and they told me that I was smoking in the room and was charged a cleaning fee. First of all I do not smoke and second, I was with my daughter, there to watch a soccer game. I did not smoke in the room. When I called they told me they have sensors in the room and they do not lie. So now I am out several hundreds of dollars for something I did not do. Never will stay at this hotel chain again."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, easy check in. You do have to pay for parking and it was around $26 a day I believe. There is a coffee shop downstairs but for a regular cup of coffee it’s over $5. Pool was clean and goes up to just above 5 feet deep. The gym was really sad. Any equipment I tried it was broken. The one treadmill completely off, the second one would turn off after 2 minutes and say system failure. The stationary bikes the tape hesitates and gets stuck. The free weights were really the only option to use. If you don’t care about the gym this hotel was great. Clean, big rooms, good location. "

"Walked into lobby where counter was an unsteady board covered by a drape cloth. Place was being renovated. Had to wheel husband into restaurant and ramp rugs were filthy. Food was good. Staff was nice. Got to room at 6:30 pm and there was NO HOT WATER. NONE! Fortunately the hot water was replenished by morning. This was a Crowne Plaza with a Motel 6 vibe...but maybe the low price should have warned me."

"I don't know where to start. There is virtually no parking for the hotel besides a cramped alleyway in which they tell you to ignore the do not park signs. The staff at night are very rude and could not provide any details about the cost of parking. Three trips from the elevator to the front desk we finally got a card to our room which worked. The room had a decent appearance except for the cockroaches and unfinished bathroom (door from missing showerhead not completely attached). "
