"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. One of the main issues was that no breakfast was provided, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially for travelers trying to catch early flights. The airport shuttle service was also frustrating. Instead of taking guests directly to the airport terminals, the shuttle dropped us off at a location far from the airport, requiring us to take two additional forms of transportation just to reach our gate. This added unnecessary stress and extra time to what should have been a simple transfer. To make matters worse, the shuttle service stops running early, which limits flexibility and makes it difficult for guests with later flights to rely on it. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and the inefficient shuttle service made the stay far less convenient than anticipated. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for travelers needing reliable airport access."

"Front desk and maid staff were A+. The elevators are incredibly slow and one wasn't working all weekend. The rooms are very dated do not feel or look clean. People running in the halls and yelling both nights at 2am. Would not go back."
