Nothing... was bedbugs in the room no condition or soap... no smart tv....etc..

It was clean and tidy and the room was well suited

The staff was rude and dismissive. However the facility was nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room clean.

Only stayed overnight. Room was ckean. Staff polite and helpful.

Springhill suites is one of the best around Newark international - it is as good as expected

The room was dirty and disgusting .... when we left the staff was rude

A little difficult getting to the hotel from the freeway. The front desk clerk was not so friendly. Not so clean as I expected (couch and curtains were dirty). The couch pillows were flat and not fluffy and you can see the stains on the pillows.
