Likes: Marcel was very helpful at check-in. The room was like my bedroom at home almost. It was nice and quiet. Breakfast was decent but should be refilled through the end time. Cons: There was a huge pile of fertilizer on the ground that stunk up the air outside of the hotel. Pets are allowed.

Stayed here many times. It is a nice place very well priced too. But some parts of Hótel are getting very old like the loud heaters in the rooms

Everything was good except for the bathroom, cleanliness was fine but the shower was either very hot or very cold, as well as the water pressure was wonky.

I am now a regular guest at the Wilshire - coming once or twice a month. I feel at home because of the exceptional service the staff provides from the initial welcome to check out. Everything about the Wilshire Grand was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could have been better was the gym. The treadmill needs some attention.

The room was dated. The door striker plate was missing, there was a huge stain on the wall, molded caulk in the shower, the shower control handle was ready to fall off, the dressers were dirty. The front desk staff was utilizing personal computers, while on the phone.
