"The accommodation was excellent. On arrival the entrance was bright , clean and warm. The room was accessed via a key box key which worked well. The room was extremely clean and well appreciated. The bedroom radiator was on and the room warm. The bathroom radiator never got hotter that mildly warm. Unfortunately whilst the blind provided privacy it did not block out the light."

"The room was dirty, thick dust on parts of the skirting boards, dirt and hairs down the sides of the fridge. The glass in the bathroom was full of toothpaste ,the mattress was so hard and uncomfortable and at £154.00 for the night with no breakfast or parking (didnt realise until i'd paid ).sorry but won't be staying again."

"Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen."

"The rating was given for two star hotel. This is a motel style, very, very simple. Service was good, the room was relatively clean. We stayed only one night, so we just needed a place where we could sleep. It was a good place to stay for the money paid. "

"Excellent well designed modern lodge in superb condition. Ensuite bedrooms, comfortably furnished lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Peaceful, secure countryside setting. Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful holiday. Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham easily accessible form this location. "
