What surprised me most was how much I fell in love with Newaygo itself. It's a small Michigan town with an amazing vibe, surrounded by rivers, outdoor adventure, and close enough to the Lake Michigan shoreline and dunes for easy day trips. The atmosphere is welcoming, laid back, and unforgettable.
If you're looking for another ordinary hotel, this isn't it. If you're looking for an experience you'll remember long after you leave, the Muskegon River Inn is absolutely worth the trip. I'll definitely be back."
