"Arrived and no one had any idea which tent we were supposed to be in. Originally taken to one that had no made beds, litter, broken chairs and an inflatable dirty lazy spa (advised as a hot tub). Then got told to my relief wasn’t our tent. Instead we were taken to another tent that was transparent in a small field squished in with another 5-6 tents and had a dirty deflated paddling pool in the centre. "This was my first time in this hotel, booked with hotels.com. This hotel was very clean, well maintained, and its staff was very friendly and helpful. I had booked a single room for 3 nights. I had booked a single room. The room was clean with all amenities. What let the room and the hotel down spectacuarly was the thinness of the wall and the noise coming from room 19 next door, with door banging and shouting atvall hours. But manager kindly moved me to a quieter room on the second night."
