"On booking we requested any room on an upper floor. When we checked in we given a ground floor room. The staff and managers were argumentative and unprofessional. They wouldn't listen to our side of the story and wouldn't view evidence! Staff from reception were manning the bar and didn't know how to pour a pint. Hotel is beautifully renovated but staff let it down."
