    The check in was welcoming and pleasant. The hotel is an old farm building, and the grounds are very nice. There are gathering places for guests in the main house with games, books, info, etc. The breakfast, cooked by the host Eileen, was excellent. The only negative was the bed, creaky and a bit saggy. Other than the bed, everything was great.โ€ฆ

    Room was as expected. Manager/owner was very friendly. Only issue was that manager said they are not working with Hotels.com anymore fir 8 months. My reservation should have been canceled but was not. Luckily he had a room given event near by. But others from event with Hotels.com reservations were turned away. โ€ฆ

    The staff was very friendly, the room was cute with a comfortable bed, thereโ€™s good food nearby, lots of little shops on this street to walk to, and the DIA Beacon museum is a 15 min walk away (there also might have been a free bus that services the area in a short loop). We were on the first floor which got a little noisy on occasion when there were a few people talking in the lobby. My husband and I stayed here 1 night when our flight out of Newburgh was changed. It was an unexpected fun stay that came out of an inconvenient event.โ€ฆ
