"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had never used Uber before and were guided through the process in a kind and successful manner. The breakfast was excellent. We looked forward to it every morning. Our room was tended to every day with a freshly made bed and clean towels. The location was perfect. We were able to visit some of the sights nearby, which were conveniently located. Many of them were within walking distance. We were also very close to the Cleveland Clinic, which was the reason for our stay. We highly recommend Glidden House for whatever reason you're visiting Cleveland"
"The breakfast selections were very poor no eggs, no meat, just a bunch of carbs, they did have boiled eggs, but I'm not interested. The kitchen staff was very nice, though.\n And they made sure everything was clean and filled, just not the right things. You need more hot food."
"Recent stay for my daughters birthday, and everything was great, I have to be honest and say the rooms are smaller than I expected but everything was clean and Ed at the front desk checked our family in super quick and also let us use the scissors that I needed BADLY lol. We did experience an incident where another guest and her daughter (both adults) came up to our floor threatening our children, cursing at me, and giving off a very aggressive demeanor. I spoke with the manager Shelly on duty and she was able to resolve the situation immediately. She was very understanding, kind and fair. Just off how the situation was handled I must give Shelly standing ovation! This lady was demanding we be removed from the hotel because our kids who were a little loud coming up from the pool around 830pm. Once I advised Shelly I spoke with the excited children and they were under control, she told me that we are more than welcome to come down the lounge if the kids needed to get some energy out, she also noted that quiet hours start at 1030. The night went on with no further incidents. Thank you SHELLY!! If I were to book again it would only be because of YOU . Be blessed "
