"The gentleman at the desk was quick with checkin. He was friendly and welcoming, very quick to act when we requested items for our room. He was also very helpful when I had laundry issues. The lobby and hallways were very clean as was the elevator. Our room was wheelchair accessible right from the door. In this room the bed was lower and medium firm, rollin shower with a shower chair, lower counters and grab bars in bathroom with good turning radius. The room also had a kitchenette that isnt accessible as it is a galley style. You also need to order everything at the desk ie coffee maker, dishes, cookware. That was inconvenient but definitely not a big deal and I understand it is to control loss. The only real downer was this room faced the interstate so a lot of road noise all night long. We would definitely stay again."

"My daughter and I stayed just one night. We did have the complimentary breakfast, which was good. The staff there were helpful and friendly. We did not take advantage of fitness room. Our room was clean and comfortable. What kept me from giving this 5 stars was checking in. I checked in early via the text I was sent to โ€œ save timeโ€ when we arrived at the hotel. However, at the reception desk, it took even longer than online. I do not feel I saved anytime. During this transaction , the receptionist never said a word to us. After, we were handed our key cards in a card holder with the room number on it, which was good, because we were not told what floor or room we were given, nor where the elevator was. Also, thankfully, I noticed the sign in the lobby for breakfast times, because that was not given either. The rest of the staff was great. The desk is the first thing you encounter when you enter the hotel. They set the tone of the rest of your stay. However, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of parking , and though we are not typically โ€œbreakfast peopleโ€ , we found the breakfast good- lots of options. The area was clean and staff was helpful. The price of our room, ( 2 queen beds) was reasonable."
