Didn’t get to use the spa as were told it wasn’t included. the indoor pool we could use was fine but not what was advertised

Newby Bridge Hotel
The hotel is comfortable but needs a bit of an upgrade. Our room had a lovely four poster bed but the shower needed an upgrade. Evening meal was disappointing.
