"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. "This was our first stay at Marriott Keele. Finding the hotel was not obvious and TomTom didn't take us to the door, so signage could be improved. However, the check in process was excellent and the room was very good. The only thing that was missing was complimentary bottles of water and a good selection of tea/coffee, biscuits. There was plenty of room in the carpark and a Starbucks on the ground floor; I suspect this may be the reason for the limited supply of coffee in the room? The breakfast was very good and overall, it's difficult to fault this hotel for the price paid. I would happily return and stay with Marriott Keele in future."

"The staff absolutely make this hotel, they are so lovely. Friendly and welcoming when you arrive, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Reception, young lady, professional, courteous and a positive attitude. The kitchen and waiting staff are very pleasant and accommodating with our dietary allergy. I think there have been some upgrades to the decor since we last stayed and it’s a nice welcoming place to stay. We will stay again. Thank you to all the staff."
