Unable to even check in
Booked it via hotel.com at 10.28pm however we were unable to check in as on email it said check in closed at 8pm and the property were not answering at 11.20 when we were calling them and we were outside to check in.

I text to say I would be there at 17.50 (so not an unreasonable time). Got a text back saying as we didn't know your arrival time the keys were left a few minutes walk at another apartment block. It took me 20 minutes to find the block with the keys. Humping my bag in the rain, then back to the apartment. This was NOT a few minutes walk.
Te apartment was reasonable.
Will Never use again.

Douches froides...
Le contact s’est fait par sms uniquement... Notre contact a été assez arrangeant sur l’heure d’arrivée... Et nous l’en remercions...
Par contre aucune des deux douches n’avait d’eau chaude et les radiateurs des salles d’eau de fonctionnaient pas... Tout le reste était conforme à La description. Dommage!!!
