The hotel is in a great location right on the quayside. Bit of walk up in to Newcastle but you can be quite central in ten minutes. The hotel is looking a bit dated but it was clean and the staff were polite and very helpful. It was really good value and we did enjoy our stay.

This is the 2nd time staying at the Hotel. Love the location and room views out over river. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and car parking within hotel convenient. However the hotel is showing its age, room fittings and decor generally looking very tired. The hotel was quite cold, especially in corridors. A small point but the menu cards in room were filthy and need replacing.
