Great location on the river at Quayside. Hotel resturant was good for dinner. Room was spacious and breakfast very tasty. We would recommend this hotel when staying in Newcastle.

Room and bedding was clean and comfortable, breakfast good value overall for convenience. We found some sockets in our rooms probably needing maintenance, bathrooms looking a little tired. Would definitely stay again.

This was a fabulous place to stay for Great North Run. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much bother. Staying on the Quayside was great. We will visit again.

I loved that I got free car parking on site because I’d booked through Expedia , I didn’t stay for breakfast as I needed to be gone , A nice size room with a river view , I had stayed once before here about 8 years ago and I like that you can easily walk to the town from here although it is up bank going and a lot easier coming back , a Wetherspoon etc a few doors down IYKYK .

Great hotel in quaiside in Newcastle great spot for a short break or a long one Very nice twin room looking over the river Tyne. Good spot for walking to all the local pubs Don't just look book very nice hotel Ps if you book through Expedia you get free parking. Had a great time will definitely be back.
