Staff very polite and friendly . Great location . Breakfast was very good with plenty choices for the majority of. The downside was the river view rooms did not provide enough privacy with the bathroom facilities and would like to see more screening if it’s not possible to erect a further wall or door . Perhaps more frosted screening could be put up .

This is a nice, modern hotel with good, helpful staff. The only issue is the location - it looks close to Central Station, but the direct route involves a steep staircase with more than 100 stairs, and that isn't easy with luggage.
