For the whole 15 minutes that we managed to endure at this property there was a list of things wrong the size of my arm. Firstly, I wouldn’t have booked if it hadn’t of advertised a bath in my room, for such a cheap price I booked it. Didn’t have bath in my room or anywhere in the hotel. In fact they only provided a sink in the room, ick straight away. Second, it was absolutely freezing and the heater wouldn’t work so we rang reception straight away and the receptionist who looked like a Keith and responded to it bassically jogged to our room to try fix that problem, however he couldn’t so moved us to another room, which gave me a rash and my friend an asthma attack so we had to leave promptly nd waste another amount of money of another room at travel lodge up the road! Paid £52 for the worst 15 mins of our life! To top it off when you eventually got to the toilets after the long ass walk from your room you had to wait for a green light to enter for it to be ajazzed up porta loo! Really not impressed and want my money back! So much noise from students to top it off doors didn’t close and lock properly. Proper hostel horror vibes! Would not recommend.

Metro inn review
Staff are lovely & welcoming Stayed a few times now although last time. I stayed in room 109 it wasn’t very warm through the night although all other rooms I’ve stayed in have been nice and warm not sure what the cause was

Cheap, but you get what you pay for (basic amenities and shared toilets/showers down corridor). Kettle not working on arrival, but staff was very helpful and quick to replace.
