"Large grand lobby and hallways. Digital checking terminals didn't work. Room was basic, dated. Receptionist seemed keen to pre-authorize my card for £50 when checking in ar 11pm for an overnight stay. No idea what kind of cost I mate have incurred, since the room fridge was empty. Received 6 emails ..."
