I absolutely loved everything about it, from the historical backstory to the somewhat retro decor (but it has all the modern conveniences, too -- wifi, lots of outlets, etc.). I was especially impressed by the warm, welcoming staff. I'd stay here again anytime."

"The on-site restaurant named Tempestas was excellent and a huge plus for our 3-night stay. We ate there every night and were pleased with the food, service, atmosphere and the prices were reasonable. On a broader note, the hotel was nice, staff very helpful and I should mention that the breakfast one of the best I've had on 3 continents, aided by a hostess who was friendly and took lots of pride in serving hot food and keeping the food and coffee fresh."

"Dennis who works at the front desk was very accommodating, as well as the other staff members. This was my second stay here 14 years apart. The location is right in the middle of 20 sidewalk cafe/restaurants and a short walk to Old Quebec. "
