"The breakfast was good but, need to be hotter. Staffs were excellent, good quality service. We did not experience any evening meals unfortunately, we arrived Sunday and stays till Wednesday morning. The hotel only serves dinners from Wednesday evening to Saturday 😟 We weren’t aware until we made the booking. We were also we’re not aware of any extra parking space at the back of the hotel? I has messaged the hotel about parking earlier but was told to park at Westgate Carpark! Only after we had arrived and booked in, the receptionist told us we could park at the back 😟 having already paid £10.50 for overnight parking. "

"The room was a good size. clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful - my wife thought she had lost a small bag containing 2 keys and the lady on reception went out of her way to look for them - in the event my wife found them at home. The hotel has an excellent position, close to the castle and the cathedral. "

"The room was very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious but a little hot! I would have liked the option of fruit or yoghurt at breakfast. The dinners were excellent and the staff were all extremely welcoming. A loving short break and an opportunity to visit your beautiful city. "
