"The room was a little on the smaller side. However, the bathtub, location, and staff made up for it. There is not a very big parking lot and it’s first come, first serve. We showed up early and were able to get a spot. There also wasn’t a coffee maker in the room but there was coffee available downstairs. "

"David is the gold standard of customer service. I’ve been pulling my hair out all day, thinking the Internet’s got issues and I admittedly haven’t made his day easy at all and what a gracious caring dude he is! Anybody who’s been in hotels knows what it feels like when somebody’s trying to just brush you off or make you feel like you’re bothering them and this guy could not be sweeter more understanding and just so helpful so happy that you’re even calling to ask him for help! What a relief to be able to call the desk with some issue in the room and the person not make me feel like I am gonna be thrown on the streets for it whatever raise he’s up for it needs to be doubled. Breath breath of fresh air"
