Rooms are a bit “dated” but still had everything we needed: lots of space, and a beautiful view of the ocean! We appreciated 2 bathrooms also. Kitchen well equipped and beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend and /or stay here again!! We loved it!

We were in the area for a wedding and this was the perfect central location between the venue in Portsmouth and all the attractions in Newport. Newport Harbor Island Resort
I liked the room decor and the bathroom. I did not like so much that the room was near the elevator and also you could hear the noise from the bar when it was music bingo night.
